Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Processing Time may be longer for orders that contains prescription item(s) and special order item(s), or item(s) that are not in stock. Shipping fee is determined by the products ordered, the location we are shipping to and the method of shipping.

Refrigerated Items:
Orders that contains items that require refrigeration are shipped in a styrofoam container with ice pack on Mondays and Tuesdays only. We are no longer offering shipments Wednesday-Friday due to the delays caused by Canada Post. Depending on the final destination, shipments may be delayed to the following week to avoid parcels being stored at Canada Post depots over the weekend. Please note that we are not able to guarantee the condition of the refrigerated package upon arrival.

USA/International Addresses:
PetsDrugMart.ca has suspended international and US deliveries due to customs holding packages and other shipping issues. There is no timeline for when we may be able to ship internationally again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
