It won't cure anxiety, but it certainly helps to reduce it as part of an overall positive reinforcement (and sometimes including vet medicine supported) stress management protocol.

Classic spray. I read several reviews that this stuff did nothing, but thought I would try since our cat is somewhat skittish and does not react well to travel. He will need to go to the vet in a week so we have been getting him used to the carrier indoors and a few test runs around the block. He is still stressed and meows and digs at the blankets in the carriers when in the car. So, 5 sprays inside carrier about 1 hr before taking him out on a practice run around the block in the vehicle. Absolutely no difference with this spray. ZERO effect. Good money wasted.
