Shipping Update

To ensure your pet’s medications and products arrive as quickly as possible,
we are now offering Canada Post and Purolator for courier options at checkout. By doing so, we hope to give you more flexibility & control over your delivery cost. 

Please note that Canada Post is currently experiencing a rotating strike, which may caused delays beyond usual delivery timelines. By choosing Canada Post, customers acknowledge that delivery times may vary during this period. For more information relating to the Canada Post strike, please click here. 


To accomodate for the Canada Post strike, we've suspended the shipment of all refrigerated items at this time.

Once we've determined a reliable courier for refrigerated items,
we will reactivate refrigerated products and resume shipment of these items.
