We use vetwrap for both the dog and for us. My mothers skin is very thin and goes through bouts of tearing chunks of skin off just rubbing against a chair. We clean the wound and put a gauze pad on and wrap it in the vetwrap. It stays cleaner, the skin can breathe and we dont have to worry about bandaids or tape ripping more skin off. Its been a lifesaver for her. The dog also loves it rather than wrapping in bigger bandages and taping it. Comes off so easy no fuss, no left over glue and does not stick to hair or skin.
