I have been using this product over a year now and we have had absolutely no issues with this product.

This was prescribed by my vet. Dog was just pregnant and had to a a c-section to deliver a dead puppy. Other 3 were grossly underweight. Package and vet says it's safe for pregnant dogs. I say stay away.
