How Do I Place an Order With Pets Drug Mart?

Placing an order at PetsDrugMart.ca is easy.  Simply follow these steps: 

Step 1: Find Your Product

Begin by typing the name of the product you need into our search bar. 

Step 2: Add to Cart & Checkout

Adjust the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart." You can repeat this process for any additional items you want to buy. When you're ready, log in or create an account and proceed to checkout. If you're purchasing a prescription product, you'll be prompted to provide information on how the prescription will be submitted during the checkout process.

Step 3: Shipping & Payment

Confirm your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method. If the product requires refrigeration (indicated by the ice symbol), it will be packed with ice and shipped via XpressPost or Priority to ensure it reaches you quickly. You can pay using either a MasterCard or Visa.

Step 4: Track Your Order and Enjoy Savings

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery process. Once your package is on its way, sit back and enjoy the savings.

Prescription Orders

If your order includes a prescription product, here’s what to expect: Once your veterinarian sends us the prescription, we will upload it to your account, typically within the same business day. You will receive an email notification once the prescription is uploaded. From there, you can complete your order by searching for the prescription product or navigating through the appropriate sections on our website.
