As a provider of medical products we will be continuing to operate to help you get the products your pets need.

First and foremost, we hope that all of you are doing well during this challenging and uncertain time. We are still operating to fulfill orders to help you get the products you need. As a thank you for staying with us, we are extending our TREATS sale* (details below).

We will be monitoring any changes and directives by the local, provincial, and federal governments, and will update this space accordingly.

We are doing our part to create a safe working environment, by reducing the number of on-site staff to only those essential to ensure that we are still able to fulfill our orders for all of our customers.

Due to an increase in volume, some orders may take longer than usual to ship. In addition, Canada Post is no longer guaranteeing shipping times with the reduction in resources and flights.
